- The Music & Worship Director will work closely with pastors, music & worship staff, and worship teams in the implementation of all facets of Music & Worship Ministry for GSLC. The Director will collaborate with all ministry areas to engage music into all aspects of GSLC programming. The Director reports directly to the Senior Pastor of GSLC. Desired attributes of the preferred candidate included a heart and desire to provide people with meaningful worship experiences, skills in organization, management, leadership, teamwork, and communication, willingness to share personal musical talents, open to learning new things, appreciation of a wide variety of music forms and genres from classical to rock, and a grace-centered appreciation of the bible, Lutheran theology, and people.

WND/EAND Synod
- Disaster Capacity Builder (full-time)
- Historically, disaster preparedness and response were provided in the state of North Dakota through Lutheran Social Services of North Dakota. With the closure of LSSND, the Eastern and Western North Dakota Synods are creating this new position, funded with a three-year grant from Lutheran Disaster Response of the ELCA. The purpose of the position is to build disaster resiliency and response preparedness with and among ELCA Lutherans in the Eastern and Western North Dakota Synods. The position is accountable equally to both synod bishops, with supervision and employment being managed by the Western North Dakota Synod.

- Youth Ministry Coordinator (full-time or part-time)
- The Youth Ministry Coordinator at St. Olaf Lutheran Church will shepherd youth and their families from birth through high school by empowering, supporting, and encouraging youth, their families and adult volunteers in learning, faith formation and spiritual growth. The coordinator will plan, develop, coordinate, and oversee activities for children and families that foster Christian community through relationship-building while promoting fun, spiritual development, ministry, and outreach involvement opportunities.
