Resolutions

Resolutions to be considered by the 2024 Synod Assembly must be submitted to Reference and Counsel Committee by April 1, 2024, and must come to the Committee via one of the following channels:

• Congregational Meetings (which have been adopted by a majority vote at a congregational
  meeting of a member congregation and signed by the President and Secretary of that
  congregation. Minutes from the meeting must be attached to the resolution.)
• Conference Assemblies
• Synod Committees
• Synod Council
• Individual Voting Members (resolutions must be accompanied by the signatures of five (5) voting members.)

The information in the links below will help you prepare resolutions for consideration by the assembly. Resolutions must be submitted digitally, in Microsoft Word format, emailed as file attachments, and received by April 1, 2024.
